    5egg whites 1 whole egg , 1/3 cup oatmeal , 1/2 chicken breast 1/4 cup blueberries

    9am
    50g protein shake , 1 small can Tuna 20g protein

    12pm
    1 chicken breast , 1 head of broccoli , 1 banana

    4pm
    1/2 chicken breast , 1/2 sweet potato

    5pm
    Apple

    6:15pm
    Workout

    8 or 8:30pm
    50g protein shake

    9pm
    1 chicken breast , 1 head of broccoli

    10pm
    4 egg whites

    Trying to get lean as possible while also on cycle Test E 600mgs per week along with S23 Sarm

    And where are the calories? Try counting proteins \ fats \ carbohydrates and their ratio, just listing the dishes does not say anything.
