Aqua chile is like a shrimp cocktail similar to ceviche it's like shrimp lemon juice avocado and I don't know what else but it's good

love augua chiles..i live bout 1/2 hr from the border. so when ever i go out there..i usually order some..n tacos..did u ever get the recipe?

its prob the spices.. cuz usually the way i seem is the shrimp are in a plate with shit load of lemon n onions n chili powder.. and slice of avocado on top. sure theres more to it..i'll see if i can get a recipe for u

Yea It's some of the spices that's how I do it by yea there's something else someone told me Worcester sauce (however u spell it)

Try www.foodnetwork.com they have good recipes (I used to be asst chef,amongst my million other jobs) if I don't know how to do something, I go there and I have wanted to make ceviche for a while, will have to wait until summer to let the natural sunlight cook it a bit.
