    1 Cup Non-Fat Yogurt
    1 cup Non-Fat Milk
    1 Bananna
    2-3 ice cubes
    2 scoops Vanilila or Choc whey
    3 tablespoons crunchy peanut butter

    blend and enjoy!

    Sounds good.I am lazy and just mix my protein with water.
