Lmao! But yeah as far as the eggs I mix up a cup of egg whites with three whole eggs scrambled a dash of seasoned salt, then I make a cup of oats with a scoop of sugar subs. And mix it all together it's sweat it's salty and it goes down fast! Pound a protein shake and I'm off about my day!

Salsa is the best. I larger the top of my omlettes with it instead of sugarless ketchup on a regular basis.
