Okay, this is NOT a cutting diet recipe.

    2 Potatoes

    2 Large Garlic cloves
    1 lb ground chicken
Can of Peas or Green Beans ( your choice)
Ear of cooked corn or can of sweet corn
    Cheddar cheese
half an onion (white red or sweet)
    sour cream
    philly cream cheese
    butter

    Directions:

    Preheat oven to 400

boil 2 potatoes until soft, drain. add table spoon of butter, tbl spoon of cream cheese, 2 table spoons sour cream, black pepper, pinch of salt, And Corn.

Chop Half of Onion, and garlic cloves and put in pan with 2 table spoons olive oil and cayenne powder pinch of salt . Fry until almost clear.
Add Ground chicken to veggies and brown and crumble (drain, try not to lose onion and garlic ).
then add peas/green beans and warm

casserole pan : put ground meat and veggies even on bottom . Evenly spread potatoes on top of ground meat.
Put in oven for 15-20min. then remove and add cheese on top (to liking) put back in oven for 10min, until cheese is melted and/or crispy on edges...

    Remove and serve.

    Also great as leftovers..

Nice! I love shepherd's pie! Try it with ground venison. SOOO good. It doesn't add any fat or calories but ups your protein. Can't beat wild game meats for building muscle.

I lucked out. My old neighbor stopped by with 20 lbs of ground venison, 1 lb of ground elk and 6 lbs of venison roasts for me! For free! Hells yeah.
