OK , SO at the end of the week you are having trouble facing the dried out chicken breast that you cooked saturday ..
So take the chicken breast and dice it ... microwave it in a large bowl with layer of chicken broth until it just begining to boil
leave the lid on and let it rehydrate that dried out chicken
cook a bird's eye frozen tuscan veagtable .. ( zuccini summer squash , carrot and couple table spoons of tomato sauce)
add a little pasta sauce to chicken and broth and microwave 2 more minutes.. 1/4-1.2 cup to make it soup like..
I did this tonight , and think I will keep this handly
