  • My Smoothie Recipe

    1/4c. finely ground oats
    1/4c. mashed sweet potato
    1 banana (very ripe. Nuke it to bring out sugars.)
    1/4 avocado
    handful of raw spinach
    1/4c. coconut milk (or enough for desired thickness)
    Dash of nutmeg

    Blend, pour, drink.

      Not really. It's all carbs, though. Great for pre-w/o or carb-up. You could always add some whey in there for protein. It would be about 400 cals. or so.
