Yah, I figured. I have used sperdrol plenty. It works but the lethargy and toxicity were making me want to stay a bit milder. The methy 1-d alleges to do some things I would like such as joint support. I am not trying to bulk. I train mma and do tons of cardio but need good recovery and raw strength / endurnace.
