I've been meaning to bring this up for awhile but I keep forgetting lol. Just heard the commercial again so I'm bringing up this topic. From the description it doesn't seem like the smartest thing to take since it is said to slow down your metabolism.

It was a radio commercial so it might only be order by phone but I'm not sure. Personally I don't want anything messing with my metabolism and making it slow.

I can understand your worries, Manny. I don't want to mess with my body too much more but it is crazy how lightening fast my body burns calories tho. It's kinda unfair how much I can eat and drink yet I still lose weight.

Dude, I take in over 1k calories before bed and drink another shake while sleeping but I lose a min of 3lbs in my sleep. I work for a major restaurant chain and I can eat whatever and whenever I want but the weight gain is slow going.

I use to be like that but now I just look at food and gain weight lol
