Great news on the glutamine!
Yeah I'm going to load via 3 pills a day. I'm reluctant to see a dr cause last time he asked me about 3 fucking times if I was on juice ....lol
I guess the 30 lbs up since my last visit raised some flags lol

My pops just went on flomax for prostate. He is 70 and doesn't believe in natty supps like this lol.

Since no stomach issues this week and the supps & glutamine seem to be working, I might push the envelope next week by starting a round of halo I have leftover. That'll be a true test for me.

Shit. My wife was like how does he know that off the top of his head!? We looked it up and as always he was right. He told me what drugs to tell a dr I needed and the dr was like yup that's perfect is your friend a dr? I almost said yes a Juice dr hahahaha

can i be friends with your friend? thats an awesome guy to have around. sounds like he has a photographic memory, i'll make sure if i have any off the wall questions i'll send your way.

I think he does. He can count cards when he comes to Vegas. He is a wealth of knowledge and always willing to share. Ill pester him again about joining us again since the .org change. He is very busy as he has like 3 guys competing in shows. He also does contest prep and diets.

I was on my fifth week of a cycle with the halo and had to bail because of the sides. Pretty much stomach pain & migraine headaches 24/7. Started at 10mg and worked my way up to around 40mg ed.

I'm going to try something different this time around. I'm going to do an 'every other week cycle.' Start out at 10mg; work my way up by the end of the week; skip a week; then resume week one and repeat. I'm thinking I will get results first before the sides get ahold of me! lol. Will see... crossing my fingers...

U do realize halo is extremely liver toxic maybe only 2nd to methylated tren? I can ask my buddy a protocol if u like. He loves halo

Sure. I'm also currently taking Liv-52 DS and I might be able to get my hands on some Lagosa for liver support.

Not familiar with lagosa. I've yet to see anything concrete liv52 does shit. Nac and thistle don't do much.
Look into Tudca. Thus far seems to be the strongest liver detoxer out. Shows to be helping ppl on interferon for hepatitis. Very very promising !! It's a tad pricey but not horrible.

I've had the best results with NOW Foods Arginine/Ornithine, but just about anyone makes it nowadays. You can get it at your local health-food store.
