I'm as surprised as anyone, but check it out and see what you think for yourself. Long term study with triple the recommended dose versus placebo shows no benefits at all beyond the placebo?!?!

I'm calling bullshit.. It works great for me when I'm on long cycles. If I skip a day or two I can Definatly tell a differense, but I was taking 2 three times a day.

What difference do u feel or notice? I'm using some and sometimes it repeats in me. I hate supps that do that. I was thinking of dropping it......

I had prostatitis and it didn't help. Mine ended up being some sort of left over UTI that was calmed down with an NSAID (3 wk course).

I don't know if it contributed to this or not, but I noticed reduced gains when I ran saw at 2/day on the 2nd month of my last cycle.

Don't get me wrong it's no miracle drug, but I think it helps. I take at least 4 a day, but if I run out I do notice it gets a little harder to piss.

I will go back and read the link in a minute...but I was just asking another bro of mine about this on cycle. I have heard contradicting information that Saw Palmetto inhibits the effect of testosterone...true? I too have noticed a much healthier ability to piss when supplementing with it, and am planning on taking it while on cycle...so just curious about this.

Also...I have also read that too much Milk Thistle can inhibit the effects of orals.

Are you taking both injectables and orals? How long is a long cycle for you? The one I am starting tomorrow as a matter of fact is 16 weeks, and Saw Palmetto is in my on-cycle support supplements.

that's a very unscientific thing to say without any real evidence. Especially considering the lack of science on saw palmetto and prostate enlargement.

According to that study Dave is wrong. People in the study took nearly a gram a day with no better results than placebo.
