It's so easy to grab McDonald's and a snack out of the cupboard and go. When you diet the right way you have to sacrifice time. It's up to you. Do you want a great physique? So true, I would cook my food on Sundays' watching tv, had all my meats cooked and ready to go, if I was eating more carbs at the time, had a large bowl of rice made, also had a big container of salad I had mixed up, This is so foreign to some guys, they are unprepared and grab whatever they can at work. That's why you see so few big ripped guys, but to these idiots who won;t put the time in as far as kitchen/food work goes, 'it's only because he/she takes steroids' I love guys who say 'I will do whatever it takes to get big' then you tell them something as easy as cook up your own food and always carry it with you. There attitude suddenly changes. When I worked in a very busy night-club, I would be moving non-stop for hours, no time for breaks, I would go into the back room where I had bowls of oatmeal/protein powder/ and maybe a tablespoon of low sugar jam(pre- mixed). Get some water in it (non cooked) and basically drink it down with a few fish oil caps.
