    Shit i am just trying to get my old body moving again.. I now can train and not wake up in the morning so sore i cant even get out of bed..
    Time to turn up the heat.. This is my third week back after being off for 3 months and i feel i am on course and moving foward with out injury...

          I agree 100%. Milk is for children, no other mammal as an adult drinks milk, from their own species let alone another one. I think past the age of 3 or so we quit producing lactase, which enables our bodies to digest lactose.

              • I cut my cycle short after this flu... I wanted to finish this cycle strong but I think ultimately my body needs a rest... I'm going to rely on good diet and hard work to bring tears to your eyes.... Gonna give it a good month or two try to get wife pregnant then focus on another cycle... I got crazy gains on this cycle up like 20+ lbs at one point... Going to try my hardest to stay in the 170 area and next cycle try to make that jump to 180 were I want to b...

                    Man, I have turned into a pussy. The Bulgarian split squats whipped my ass, and it was weak with lightweight. Really need to work these wheels. I am so used to nothing but compund movements and my quads are weak, so the unilateral work is brutal, but damn i love the burn.

                        okay, so i went to Myfitnesspal, and logged my food I ate today. HOLY SHIT!!!! I am undereating. I don't see how the pounds aren't just flying off of me. I'm only eating 2100 calories a day, which is 239g of protein, 160g carbs, 64g fat. No wonder I never get big. I mean sure I can drink half a gallon of milk like I used to get the cals up to 3000 in no time but, i cut my milk out. I need to eat more carbs I guess. Man I feel like a total NOOB!!! I try to follow FitGuru plan, but just don't have time to eat like that.

                          I almost go off track and switched to a hypertrophy routine, Pffff....whatever, I ain't nowhere near a bodybuilding routine yet. This article always keeps me grounded, except for doing gear, which, even though I am Low T and only doing TRT, I probably shouldn't do that either. Not good at my age. I'm about to go back to Natty...

                            Everyone wants to get big but don't want to do what it takes to get there. I know most people here aren't elite BB but all the big guys litterally eat til their sick then eat more.im telling you living the bodybuilding lifestyle is a pain in the ass. It's expensive and it takes dedication. People think they can take drugs and go thrust McDonald's drivethru's 3x a day and get big and lean. It's a lifestyle change. Totally! When people get ready for shows its 26 weeks of not missing a single meal. I would be willing to say 75% of the people I write diets for tell me it's impossible for them to follow. Their job, their wives, their finances, their schedule, school. I've heard it all. It doesn't happen by Osmosis.

                              Very true Fit..It's not something you can do an hour a day and forget about, It takes lots of planning and time. I used to always carry my meals wherever I went. If I was in a hurry at work I'd gulp down raw oats, mixed with protein powder and water, and take some fish oil for efa..Guys don't realize how much it takes, and when they do their statement of "I will do anything to get big " goes to shit. It's so much more than sticking your self in the ass and lifting weights for an hour.

                                I did however get in 2800 calories today, which is where I need to be to put on weight and not fat, 280g carbs, 180g protein, but it took eating like I did yesterday and almost half a gallon of milk. I sat down today and reset my goals for this coming year. I do want to get big, but it is going to take me no less than 3 or 4 years to maybe look like I at least go to the gym and consider myself an intermediate lifter. So it's back to Starting Strength followed by Madcow 5x5 for this year and maybe next. I would just be happy with looking like a powerlifter, i don't have to be a Frank Zane, and i don't lift like that anyway. I should see some nice results this year, if I just take her slow and steady, and just be patient, looking forward to the journey
