    Too hard.....if your talking the diet heck no.....I get up boil the boneless skinless breasts, cook my eggs....the rest is simple, oats, rice and green beans I have at work.......been sick of and on twice and was dealing with a back injury that comes and goes..........that sucks because I've NEVER had back problems......I'm just hit or miss.......I just need to hold it together and be consistent......oh I will tell you it's hard for me to find time for cardio though but I'll just need to do it real early or late

      I don't know where you live but step outside and start walking at home.this was my cardio schedule my last show 4 years ago.i went to work in a car factory at 8:45 at night and got off at 7:30 am.
      Wake up at noon head to gym.45 min on treadmill.after dinner and before work 30 min cardio around the neighborhood .lunch time walk from end to end of factory for 30 min with 15 min to eat.get home at 7:45 walk 30 min around neighborhood.thats 2 hours and 15 min of cardio a day.if you want it bad snuff you can get it.

        LOL, I have done cardio in my 2 bedroom apt, walk from living room to bedroom make a circle and repeat (about 1000) times, I did this alone, because I'm sure I looked stupid walking as fast as I could in the house, but after 30 mins straight, I did get some cardio in, like Fit said ' how bad do you want it'?

            Sure, Dorian used to walk his 2 dobbies for 30-45 mins a day, that;s calories your burning.

                Good deal, I'm sure he/she appreciates it as well as your burning some calories. Cardio dosn't have to be boring non stop treadmill work, personally I think actual walking is a little harder than the treadmill.

                • True to all! Yes walking the dog counts.but walk fast as u can.i used to jog in place in my bedroom Kaz.Hell I'm sure we've done it all.lol

                      You da man..... for me it almost needs to some type circuit training, flippin tires, farmer walk, b ball, racquet ball, sport type endurance anything but standard endurance training....that other stuff drives me nuts
