lol I want that recipe gdl. I just use whole milk, ground oats, and cyto-gainer...

True...I don't have that big of an appetite anymore (unless I smoke) so shakes do help fill in. But you need solid food.

I use MHP Up Your Mass. taste great and it seems to work pretty good also
