            About $200 a week not including Costco for 4. Now I have a hard time taking food because of my work during the summer I can't keep it cold and then also no places to heat it. So during the week my only meal at home is dinner some times I just get dinner on my way home if I'm really late.

                6 pack bag is what I use...have had mine for years!!! Awesome way to make sure you get your meals in!!!

                  I'm lucky to have two refrigerators and two microwaves here at work. haha I am learning (trying to) to food prep this week. I'm going to go very basic. Protein (chicken), carbs (white rice), fats (olive oil and avocados) and veggies galore.
