I knew that would get everyone's attention.... lol

I thought I'd post a video series about how to perform the Olympic weightlifting movement since crossfit is becoming popular and of course if you want to get faster you need to perform Oly lifts. You may not have the shoulder flexibility for the classical lifts (the snatch) but anyone can perform the assisting lift... they snatch pull.

So lets jump right in...

Guys... I may be easy, but I'm not that easy. You have to at least take me out for dinner and drinks first, lol.

On a serious note, I see a lot of people getting into the CrossFit fad and John North is one of the US's premier Oly lifters and he's also a very good coach so I thought I'd post these vids to help illustrate how to snatch. Perhaps, this will help keep someone from fucking themselves up.

And who knows..... I may post a pic in the future.... you'll have to wait and see
