Heavy metal,LOUD and I used to sniff ammonia, I did it so much I pretty much got used to it..instead of using smelling salts, I had a bottle filled with cotton balls and pure ammonia..whew....that and a good slap on the back and I was gtg.sigpicComment

Getting in the zone is different for everyone. I usually crank my head banging music up as loud as it will go and chew gum. After that Im good to go!Comment

Ammonia salts are quite the kick to them. I made the mistake of holding it to my face for to long the first time I used it and my whole face went numb. Thought I did something serious to myself, lol.
