I need some advice on when to cut out heavy weights and let my muscle heal before my meet. My meet is 3.5 week out. I want to be as strong as possible when i go but don't want to have muscle fatigue at the meet either.

I cut the heavy weights out 2 weeks out before a meet. The week prior to a meet I end with my last warm up single I'll hit while warming up in the back room.
