Shoot I thought I was doing pretty damn good pulling over 400 I guess it's just good for me? Lmao I'm still happy with my progress and I know I will never pull that much tho cuz it's not in my goals but maybe in the future ? Who knows. Is need 5-10 yrs solid on hgh for my joints and back to be able to hold under that kind of weight! He is on some serious gh to have a frame big enough to do what he does. From my understanding legit gh will make your frame bigger and strengthen joints ligaments and such makes bones stronger and thicker. I'm thinking good genetics is most of it. I did my share of PL comp and have seen people with the right body type (taller, longer legs short torso, longer arms, big hands pull a shit ton of weight). It does those things but not enough to make a guy nothing into a contender. Juice would have a far larger impact on PR setting the gh.
