    Started with 4x2 min rounds on the heavy bag

    Stretched for 5 mins

    Another 4x2 min rounds on the heavy bag.

    1x5 @ 70kg (154lbs)
    1x5 @ 80kg (176lbs)

    Work
    5x5 @ 97.5kg (214.5lbs)

    Overhead press
    Warm up
    2x5 @ 20kg
    1x5@ 40kg

    Work
    5x5 @ 57.5kg (126.5lbs)

    Deadlift
    Warm up
    2x5 @ 40kg (88lbs)
    1x5 @ 80kg (176lbs)

    Work
    1x5 @ 110kg (242lbs)
    1x5 @ 135kg (297lbs)

    Lateral dumbell raises
    3x8 @ 12kg (26.4lbs)

    Yeah I know, I bumped up the Deadlift weight.... but damn I was feeling good today and the 135kg Deadlift almost felt easy...
