a typical day in the gym for me is 5-6 lifts, 60 min. I been doing that for 3 years, anything over an hr and my body doesnt heal fast enough and eventually it catches up to me and I stop gaining strength.
I'm currently in week 2 of a Test e and dbol cycle. Ive read that your muscles heal much faster when taking test and essentially you could train every day if you muscles would heal fast enough and you would see very rapid results. Ive also been reading Arnold's autobiography and he talks about lifting for 3 hours a day (this is before he made it big). So I'm wondering if my typical 5-6 lifts and 1 hour isn't going to be enough. How long should I be training for? Does it just depend on your body? Oh I forgot to mention, I lift 4 days a week and try to get in 1-2 days of either hill sprints or prowler/sled.
