  • Tendons catching?

When ever im squatting I feel this click in my left glute. Near the hip flexor. Its super annoying and irritates me during my workout. Anyone ever have this problem. Same thing happens when I do halm curls. Except the click is right over the top of my knee. Feels like a rubber band kind of and like someone is flicking it. Any help would be great

Try stretching more before and after WO. Also, are you taking anything for joint and tendon issues?

Yeah, look at Ligatend. It's cheap and does wonders. Especially if you're on gear, you're strength and muscles will increase/grow faster than your tendons and ligaments will. It can cause serious injury if not watched.

Is it causing you any pain or is it just annoying? Honestly, I would say if it's not causing any pain I wouldn't think twice about it.

I would just make sure you perform a dynamic warm up, foam roll, and than do some light sets. You can also use a topical analgesic.
