Equipment?

Need to know what it is called to order one. Can't find it. Its an L shaped bar that holds plates on the bottom and an angle hook on top. Mainly used when squatting to deload weight off coming back up.

Are you wanting to do negatives and deload the positive portion of the lift? If thats correct Eagle Cybex makes a machine for that, I think that it works on a computer controlled air cylinder. I havent used one but I have seen it. They have a nice Arm curl machine that lets you do a curl and press down movement at the same time. It gives you a crazy pump.
