Has anyone here tried doggcrapp training? I was reading up on it, and it sounded interesting. I would like to know anyone's experience with DC training.
    Thanks

        Never heard of dC/dog crap??

It's legit but u need a training parter to utilize it safely IMHO.

            Re: DC training

I looked into it! It looks similar to a lot of power routines but the manner in which u train each body part is different,, more intense! Looks challenging

              Re: DC training

I did it for a solid year or more. The muscle stretching is insane. I still incorporate a good bit into my routines today. Good stuff but IG is right, a partner is really needed.

At the gym, there was a this strange dude that always worked out there. he was freakishly strong . and always talking to him self, a friend explain he was the typical football player that drank too much and wrapped the car around a telephone pole.Any how his brain damage was he had no control of his inner voice and just spoke it , he would go up to girls and say man she is hot , and then try and ask her out...

anyhow one day he was benching and I heard " no don't touch it , I said I got it " ..he was alone.. !?
so hearing voices has the advantage of always having a spot..

                        Re: DC training

I've done DC training and it was more trouble than it was worth for physique; strength it helps quite a bit but you still need a partner.

I like the fascia stretching and the ideas behind it for constant progression. Gotta have a partner to push for those last few reps metzner style

I get a fascia massage every week for a friend for 40 bucks. She says I don't need to pay her but I still do.

You'd be better off doing FST-7 if you like the fascia stretching aspects imo.
