I've been getting pretty bad lower back pumps when I squat, dead lift or leg press. Started getting them a few weeks ago, got real bad last week so I dropped weight and increased reps for squats Monday and same for dead lifts today and instead of getting better it got worse. Started feeling them on early reps. I've been pushing through but man do they fucking suck. Anyone else get them real bad? I'm gonna get some taurine and see if that helps cuz I don't want to stop lifting especially since I'm making some good strength gains right now on just TRT.
