Always the basics. Free weights with slow good form, hammer machines.
Most women want to tone arms, work back, ass, legs.
Just give her 2-3 exercises for whatever muscle group she wants to train.
I would just ask my wife ok what do u want to target today? Show her some moves. Spot her then either turn her loose or train with her depending on the day. If I let her loose I go check on her form and see how she's doing.
Some like u to be there whole time others want the space so they don't feel like u are watching them. Just ask what she likes.Blah blah blah Latina's ass...blah blah blah!
