Manny thats the bomb. I am right now researching home gyms and I am looking at the ones from Body Solid and I am going to buy the Powertech dumbell system due to the fact that my dumbells now take up to much room. I like your setup. nice

Thanks bro, I love it. I still need a dip station and I would love a leg press lol. Also I want some real dumbbells, right now i got the DB handles that just use my Olympic plates but they feel so awkward I have to use less weight than before I was on cycle.

What kind of set up are you wanting?

I like the leverage machines cuz you can load it up without a spotter. Downside is the restricted movement. I've seen a few for relatively cheap on Craigslist over the past month or so in the Chicago area.
