  • Planet fitness :(

    Well started putting my weights in storage and have to join that hardcore gym planet fatness. Anywho this will be interesting to see how long this last. Will be going in starting Monday for some weird reason this hardcore gym doesn't have dip belts so I have to bring my own lol. I'm sure 90% of the people in there have no idea what a dip belt is.

    Going to switch to a 5x5 anyone have any routines for this that might be possible to do at the big PF with all there equipment?

    I got escorted out of our Planet Fitness. They have an alarm people can push on the wall. Lunk alarm I think. They kicked me out in middle of my sets. And the girl that took me got a warning. Not to bring in monkeys to that place. When I heard that I freaked. So she no longer has a membership Fuck that place. Good luck bro.

                lol I use to be a member of Planet Fitness years ago and its a total waste however its cheap. I switched to Golds about 8 years ago and have been very happy.

                  Was going to golds here for a while then bought all the stuff I need for home. The problem with golds is locations.

                    I was also ask to leave PF because of grunting and being "intimidating" to others that were"trying" to workout. I think that place is more for socializing than working out.

                      This may not be to bad at this location. Two benches and just saw a guy doing front squats. Shit I thought I would be the only one here doing that.

                          This is the SL 5x5 and I love it. As you can see its Squatcentric!

                          Workout A
                          Squats
                          Flat Bench
                          Bent Over Rows

                          Workout B
                          Squats
                          OHP
                          Dead Lift

                          It dosnt seem like much but believe me that once you get up in weight its an ass kicker.
                          Workout 3 days per week or if you think your superman then you can try 4 days.
                          Eat like a mofo for this to work to the full potential for you.
                          Would be really cool for you to do a log.

                              If u eat right should work pretty good! I can dig up the Marvin eder program. It's very similar.
