    I'm going to try to log this. Don't laugh it's my first log.
    Oh and I'm a fat ass right now.
    I'm 34
    5'11"
    206lbs
    arms 15.5"
    Thighs 24"
    Calves 16.5"

    Diet isn't great right now but in three weeks or so we will be moved into our new house then I can start cooking again.

    Today
    Squats 5x5-65
    Bench 5x5-65
    Bent rows 5x5-75

    Yes I know that is super light. This should be interesting. I loaded the app and just upped the starting weight about 20lbs. Zed said no cardio right now so what's above is it.

    this does cause some issues so hopefully this 5x5 will work better.

      This really sux right now I only can eat out because all our shit is packed.
      So here is what I ate today for an example of my shit diet.

      Bfast @ waffle house 2 eggs,2 toast, hashbrowns, chicken breast
      Brunch @ Arby's turkey bacon ranch without ranch
      Lunch @ taco hell grilled stufft chicken burrito
      Linner @ Arby's same as brunch
      Dinner @ Logan's steak house steak, salad with ranch, sweet potato

      Any suggestions? I'm trying to bulk again before I cut this winter. For the next three weeks I have to eat out.

      I am on half my trt dose of cyp. And taking cjc, ghrp-6. I thought about throwing in tren at about week 6 just a low dose so I don't put on too much fat.

        Well bro good for you. You parked your pride at the door and are starting out on your 5x5 just the way you should be, LIGHT!
        Now as you progress through the plan you most likely wont need to backtrack and do a reset. IMO its always better to keep the forward momentum going and I think you will be able to do just that.
        And gr8 on the fact that your Bent Over Row is more then your bench. Thats important in keeping shoulder injuries away. Do your best to keep it that way or at least your bench and rows at the same weight.

            Just try to keep it as healthy as you can bro.

            How come only half your TRT dose? IMO get back on the full dose ASAP!

              Acne gets crazy during the summer. I work outside in 105 temps you can see in the pic I even have the shit on my stomach. But yea I'm about to bump it up to 400mg ew my doc suggested it ;-)

                Yes sir. Wrecked a dirt bike in my back yard. I tried to tuck and roll but didn't have enough tuck. I need surgery to fix it but I own my own business so never time to take off.

                        Squats 5x5-65 my knee is hurting so didn't go up on this.
                        Ohp 5x5-50
                        Deadlift 2x5- 90. Oops I did 2 sets suppose to do one.

                        Ok so next week will bump test to 400mg ew.

                          I forgot to add I started 30mg eod of tren a just because I had a partial bottle taunting me. Once I get my order in and get rolling on this I may just bump up to 100mg eod.
                          I am also think seriously about giving the myostatin HMP a try.

                            Ok bro I am a very very long time not great knees person.
                            I would like to see you do this warm up for your squats.
                            1. Stationary bike for 5 mins. Low tension on the pedal resistance and your crank RPMs at around 80+.
                            2. After you catch your breath from the bike do 3-4 sets of Body Weight Squats, ass to grass, 2 seconds down and 2 seconds up.
                            3.Move on to your weighted back squats.
                            Let me know how this works out for you.
                            Also I use Knee Sleeves with my knees all slathered up with Ice Blue.
                            Good luck.
