I'm pretty sure that the pumps work from the porn guys Iv'e seen, but I also heard if you over pump it can damage you permanently, ever see guys in porn with monster cocks (especially girth) that have big huge veins running along the top of them? As far as AA vs bac water I was just reading a article that states the only reason they suggest AA for igf is it has a tendency to stick to the bottle and the AA helps that however it actually degrades igf and the dr in the article suggests to now use bac water. I'll see if I can dig up the article if u like.

As far as aa hurting u must not backfill at 4:1 with bac water as u should with AA or the AA was not at 0.06% dilution and was also not back filled.

I'd used des igf in my calves and chest now. 100mcg in each peck 50mcg per calve. Didn't hurt much at all when backfilled at 4:1. I also used a virgin slin pin as I saturate the muscle belly with several inj sites and wanted it as sharp as possible.

Everyone tried so say omg don't do calves. Compared to the crazy giant sets I work my calves with......the des was nothing. A true walk in the park.

The des does tingle in my chest a tad but no biggie.

Unless lr3 is far worse then des.....I got minimal if any bruising or pain to speak of. I think most bruising is from overzelois pinning methods.
