He tore a pec years ago and went into a 5 yr lay-off. I;m unfortunately part of the torn pec club as well.

I had to wait for 3 weeks until the swelling went down, of course Doc says it's the worst one he's seen...go figure.

Reminds me of Vince Taylor. Dexter Jackson isn't a young guy either he is 40+ also the Great Ronnie Coleman won Mr. O at 40+ Bodybuilding is a marathon not a sprint. Gives me hope that I will be able to get myself in (almost) contest shape again.
