Just got to work today sat down in the office and got a call saying my Grandmother passed this morning.... no PTO so I'm trying to keep my composure here and I can't discuss it with co-workers because I know I'll lose it. Meanwhile the girl is emailing me telling me all about how much she hates her job and she feels stuck in life. She has no idea yet because if I tell her she will want to discuss it and it's not an option for me to sob at my desk.

Just had vent... hope the rest of MC is enjoying their day.

Sorry to hear about your grandpa! Just think about the good memories you had with him. Losing someone is always hard but in my beliefs you'll see him again. I don't know the circumstances in which he passed but he'll be in a much better place now.

She went in her sleep early this morning. As for grievance days I'm a contractor bro I don't get shit. But thank you for the kind words guys she fought the cancer for a long time while on dialysis as well. It was coming and I knew it just doesn't make it any easier to swallow.

Sorry bro..truly... I lost both of my parents before their time...I'm a Christian and not scared to admit it, I think one day we will be with our loved ones again..I've studied so many NDE cases who say the see their loved ones happy and healthy even if they were sick in life. She is with her maker and his son and I'm sure other loved ones...again my sincerest regrets.

My grandmother who raised me just passed away in july. It's been really tough just have to think they are in a better place and move on.
