If you have the runs Loperamide is good for helping elevate them.

Pedialite. Think I spelled it wrong. It's for children. Has tons of electrolytes and no sugar. It helps get you back on track fast. I woke up sick as hell after taking care of 2 sick kids all week. Good luck bro

Maybe protien shakes with p-butter, banana, and a raw egg (optional)for good measure? Lots of ice, make it think and cold..

Just get plenty of liquids and try to eat often. If you're good..... I'll come tuck you in tomorrow.
