didn't work at all. I'll try 6mg melotonin tonight and 50mg bene. I didn't wanna add the 5-htp just yet but I will tonight.

Just my .02 but the ambien is evil! I got so hooked on that shit I literally hallucinated for 3 days coming off it! I used it for about 3 years and started out on 5mg and got up to 75mg and ended up turning into speed for me. It was complete hell coming off those things and trust me brother I grew up in the 80's and know what a hallucination is! Try and find something else before making that step!

Well thanks for that info brother! I hear ya the only drugs I use are aas and pct meds. I'm not one for script drugs. The natty shit is not working.
I'm going to ditch the oral tren I'm on for a bit as I feel that's what does it to me.

Hallucinations eh? Lol haven't had those since high school lol. a guy at work said he took ambian etc and was stuck between sleep world and awake. He said it was like the matrix lol.

Seems worse on workout nights I think I'm stimulating my nervous system to much as I workout at night.

Getting desperate for some sleep. I'm so tired last few days

How much valarian ? I tried now brand sleep stuff it has valirian, hops, gama in it. I even tried that with 5-htp. Also tried hylands and another brand homeopathic stuff. Nothing with those either.

I just started taking Provigil (Modafinil). I have been exhausted during the day for months and then still couldn't sleep at night. Hopeful the Provigil reverses that plus the other benefits it is said to provide.
