The offer was nothing great. I will make that or more where I'm at.

I did a ton of local market research and it would be a tough fucking battle to make that shithole store do anything productive.

I'm well aware how to make a parts department profitable. The tools are simply not there and was made clear they won't be.

It would be 6 days a weeks prob minimum 55-60 hrs. Tons of stress. All to basically have a manager title.....which I will have soon enough where I'm at.

Typical corporate.....want the best guy for the job at the lowest possible price.

Yeah I have a new baby coming very soon I'd never get to see. It's not worth it.

I leveraged my boss to change my shift so I can get off earlier and spend more time which my family.

If they offered $100k a yr I'd consider it but not for the same as what I'm pacing to make already this yr where I'm at.
