Thinking its nice to be back in the gym after a month and a half off.
Been super busy with construction on a house my wife inherited and was basically trashed. Fortunately I was in construction before the army and saved us thousands on contractor costs.
On top of that preparing for our move there was zero gym time and have lost a lot of size. Very discouraging but gotta get back at it.When I die I want to be called a friend or family member by everyone I came into contact with!!!Comment
