Anxiety is all emotional that can result in a physical shut down if you become to overwhelmed. Heart will have all physical signs of heartbeat, possible pains etc...
When I die I want to be called a friend or family member by everyone I came into contact with!!!

                    Re: Anxiety or heart?

I have anxiety issues now that I never had before my layoff, so now take Clonazapam when the feeling of anxiety is hitting me, or I know I will be in a situation that will cause me anxiety...I try not taking them, but keep them on hand. Short of breath, heart palpitations, and just a sense of being overwhelmed...those are signs of anxiety.

Hmmm, sounds like anxiety. Many people will yawn a lot when having such an attack . Read this when you have time
