    Just turned 45...a bit drunk and high, I was going to post a pic a quick relaxed pic, but maybe I should wait...anyway thanks to everyone here..you guys have been like family, this board truly turned me around and got me motivated again. Thanks brothers/sisters and Knights and OD for being privileged with mod status.

            Thank you everyone! I should be happy I don't feel or act my age. I know guys I went to school with that look like the walking dead. I'm healthy, muscular and lean. I'm thankful for that, I will post some pics soon. I do feel better than I have in years...again thanks everyone
