    Generation Iron Trailer...got me pumped up!!!



    I seen this and read a PM from my brother Zed discussing my new training regimen starting this week, and my internal furnace started raging!!! I will go see this movie in the theater and sit with my fellow iron brothers and sisters in this lifestyle of ours and will welcome bringing bodybuilding into the mainstream spotlight again...it has been a while to actually show that this is a sport and what it takes to get to the level these competitors are at...I love this sport, it is a big part of who I am...and I am infectious!!

              Looks like a good movie but I doubt I'll see it.
