Personally I dont see why this is even an issue. Really. I dont know any one, including all my family members over 30 who arent on some kind of performance enhancing drug. Just stop and think about it for a minute. Insulin, female hormone replacement, Viagra, Your heart medications, your pills to keep your emotions in check, your arthritis drugs, and the list goes on. Oh but these are acceptable arent they, give me a break. The just give you a boost to help you be yourself, IMHO a performance enhancing drug. As long as we have a level playing field for everyone, I think, it should be ok. If you want to accept the risk that goes along with the life style that you choose I think it should be ok, keep the Government out of it.
Think about it, would you want to go and watch a new movie with that famous star that you liked when you were a teenager but because they are now 60 they dont look so hot anymore. Myself I dont really want to see a 60 something person naked. Then the sports stars. What if all the records that were humanly possible to be reached had been set back in the 1950's. Would you still want to go and watch a game? Maybe we could add more games to the season so that we could hit more home runs in one season. Still there is a limit. Myself I just dont get it. By the way they did add more games to the season. PED's arent anything new either Babe Ruth used to go and drink some beer before and after a game. Did that increase his performance? I think that the Law Enforcement people shoud chase after the Violent Criminals and leave the regular people alone. I might be the only one who has this opinion but PED's are what they are. Almost everyone is on them and they have the Idea that its ok because its me. Geez (Did I get my rant out of my head,lol)
