Ummm. Supply and demand comes to mind. Also few of them are millionaires. Mostly just tho older ones who have built up wealth for years, or very specialized surgeons. Most drs struggle mightily I'm the beginning do to the insurance costs of being a dr.

Do doctors thy work for big hospitals pay for insurance or is that a doctor working out of his own clinic or whatever
