    I like this ^^^ every morning when I thank God and show my love I also say him or her...sometimes the comfort feels more from a female touch . Thanks for the share RC, my feelings exactly!!!

              Easy for me.
              My wife that I still am blessed enough to have her with me.
              The absolutly brilliant team of Dr's and surgens that we have total access to.
              The countless blessings that we have had and will continue to have in our life.
              That we live in the (still) best country on the planet.

                    The weekend is here so I can be with whom I love and adore (my wife and daughter)
                    The 9 hours of sleep I was able to get last night
                    The friends who are supporting us in our personal training and nutrition venture, if it wasn't for their constant support and beliefs in us it wouldn't be starting like it is!!!
                    The health and safety of my family here at home, and the joy they bring me everyday (this includes our animals!)
                    Where God has blessed me to be able to live, has blessed me with all I have in life, and also the strength to take on lifes challenges along the way...they are what constantly build who we truly are!!!

                          A beautiful sunny blue sky morning, A gr8 text session with a wonderful on here. The life that my wife and I have even with the massive challenge we face. All of you guyz and galz and the amazing stuff you all post on here. Life for it is precious!

                            The good friend I will be having breakfast with in an hour or so to discuss one of my lives biggest challenges
                            My absolutely drop dead gorgeous wife who loves me and whom I adore with all my heart and soul
                            Last but not least...my training and life coach Zed whom has been one unbelievable brother to have and am blessed to have as well to bounce lives challenges off of!!! He and his family are a true blessing in my life!!! Thanks brother!!!

                                as a regular pessimist its hard to find things to be grateful for but .....
                                busy work for my hands
                                amanda who stands by and encourages me
                                viktor who challenges me and spots me
                                my reliable car to carry me to the three above
                                and a clear mind to make sense of lifes challenges
