It's that younger generation that doesn't work for a fucking thing and want everything handed to them. I personally think we need to implement a draft where everyone has to serve 2 years in the military when they come of age. I think that would change a lot of people's outlook on things and make these whiny ass brats grow up.

Agreed!!! Lazy ass younger generation does not want to work, lift a damn finger, listen, or do anything...entitled mentality unfortunately comes from parents upbringing. Then you have some of the older generation who are stuck in their ways and have total egos, it really goes both ways...people at my work are cool for the most part but don't want to change things for the better because they are comfortable doing the norm...that shit kills me!!! For instance...total lack of safety procedures and cutting corners, accident waiting to happen...do I speak out about it yes, am I heard or listened to...fuck no!!! Frustrating yes...dumbasses talking shit about my ideas and saying "well you work for this city now...so like it or leave it!" How about I put you into a sewer manhole and close the fucking lid!!!

So after a few days has anything gotten better? Im afraid we are on a down hill spiral into the big black hole. We are all born into this world kicking and screaming and pitching a bitch, some of us grow up and get over it. Some of us dont. I often wonder if anyone has thought about that!
