Yup u read that right. Any one ever heard of putting emulsified butter in their coffee?
My wife read about using butter and a high end blender(vitamix) to emulsify the butter. It was also mentioning using fair trade high end beans and mct oil. She mentioned the mct later and asked where I have mine lol. We haven't added the mct oil yet.
Anyways u have to use high end grass fed butter.
Holy amazing coffee batman! Soooo rich and creamy! I normally drink my coffee black with a little sugar.
Latte's bother me with the dairy but this butter didn't.
Helped fill me up with my breakfast for longer then usual for sure. I almost made it until lunch before my coworkers looked like food lol.
