    Re: Muscle books or memorabilia??

I have a collection of bodybuilding books and muscle mags. I buy new books whenever I find them out in the book stores, the last one I found was a bbing book by golds gym in a used bookstore, its ok. My favorite is the encyclopedia of bbing by arnold, lots of great tips and exercises. I havent read thru it in a few years so I think I might read it again to get some more advice now since Im more advanced that I used to be.

I need to read more...less time on devices and forums, more time educating myself. We should lead more by example for our kids too. Currently when I read it is for certifications in PT and nutrition, and the bible.

I was told Anabolics 10th Edition is a great book.
Its about 65 bucks on Amazon.
I need to spend less time on forums also. I feel I dont belong online lol.

U must like EE size tits lol. Plenty of Big tits I just never even look at them. We keep em in the downstairs bathroom and I usually play on my phone. Id rather look at tumblr if I want chick pics. Way better and u can search by what u like.

I finished reading Metroflex a few days ago and wasn't impressed much either, I mean there is some pretty good info in their but I swear half of the book is just workout plans that different people have used and also it's in big font and double spaced lol.

I just started reading Sergio's book tonight, so far I like what I've read. It isn't written to great but it's not bad, I mean he wasn't a writer lol and the guy that helped him dedicated it to his dog lol.

Lmfao! I missed the dog dedication part. I know Sergio wasn't a writer but neither was Larry Scott or Arnold. Both of their books are funny and well written. Lots of details for many things.
