my avitar is me.... just this super burry picture,,,,not sure what happened with the phone..or my pre workout too much caffine.. LOL
it is not a cable row ... or hammer strength ..it is a bench machine and I am streching to crack my old aching back ..
I have to admit I do look ready to go there .. in the mornings I have to where a hat until I get it cut becuase of bad case of "Bed Head"
the apnea mask doesn't help

check out this gym though.. it is like a city block and 5 stories ,,, it the largest gym I ever saw looks awesome..
granted I am more of metroflex, loud music ,plates clanking , and place stinking of a good workout type guy...
Although I draw the line at spitting on the floor...! LOL

LOL! Yeah... sometimes I wish I had a membership to one of those "super gyms" because of all of the nice equipment, but I think I will stick with my small "mom & pop" gym. They may not have all of the nice equipment in the world, but at least they know you by your name and the owner greets you everyday! Somedays I miss Metroflex too!
