When I go online to pay for the test do I make an appointment or just choose a location and go when ever I am trying to plan out work schedule.

Just chose a location. U have paid for the test by the time u go so they could care less if u never go lol.
Just walk in and hand them the lab requisition that they email u. U must have this requisition with u. Then they will call u when ready.

The longest it's ever taken me is 15 minutes total. Often less but maybe I go to slow location?
