His arm is gross as hell. What's wrong with the discoloration all over them? Looks unhealthy and odd at best. Like a swollen by a bee look.
There is no muscle fibers at all just looks swollen up

did you listen to the video , first off the guy narrating is a lit biased against this nonsense ( just a little)
and talks about this guys buddy that was also synthol'd up ..apparently just died , hmmm from what

as for swollen like a bee sting.... that essentially is what it is my understanding ..
the oil causes the muscle fiber to swell , because of the irritation ( similar to when they inject oil in to turkey for more juices )
but it is cutting off oxygen supply to the muscle and killing it ..

I still say how does this happen.. I guess it would be like one of those 1000lb person they find living in a bed somewhere ...or alcoholics , drug addicts or gambling addicts ... there is no one to stop them before they are out of control, and some how have the means and enablers to continue until they spiral out of control
