Is it just me.?? Am I the only one that when getting out of the gym and hot and sweating my ass off I DON'T want a hot shower.?? I prefer a luke warm or even a cool shower to try and bring my body temp down some. Nothing like sweating balls in the gym, then get in the shower to get clean and sweating again for 30 more min after the boiling hot shower. Just curious if I'm the only one with outrageous body heat that prefers a cool shower after training.??

I'll keep it hot till I start to rinse off then I'll turn it to cool and stand there for a while till I'm cooled down the get out.Comment

Same here TITAN. I cant stand the heat when I get out of the gym. Shit, sometimes I won't even shower, dry off with AC and let that sweat crust up. My wife loves it, j/k. :-)Originally posted by TITAN-280 View PostComment

For me it's like the shower makes me sweat another 20 mins even a cold shower. If i can, Ill usually wait a while thn do it.Comment
